I can't speak on any other tm or for anyone else. However, in my 43 yes of being I've NEVER seen such deplorable conditions as rm 245. My fiance & I (he's 65 & usually easy going. For a wk I touch absolutely NOTHING. They stress no refunds bc it allows them to screw ppl in desperate situations. Roaches crawling on me, up walls, in ceilings & all over EVERYTHING. gnats the size of humans posted all in the ceiling and flying around. $25 worth of spray made it worse. They started as if to attack cominf from the headboard & from behind the "artwork". Strapped for cash & rm already pdwe had to place our blankets over the bed bc the filth and trash look like the covers of the last guest(s) were just pulled up & folded back. I broke dwn literally in teras & it takes a lot to break me. I didn't understand how guest could be treated so in-humanely. The "rags" look like someone wiped their a*sses with them & then hang them back up. Oh & the so-called once a wk housekeeping bullsh*t!! The next option was to sleep in our car bc of or emergency situation & this I promise, if every it comes down to tgis dymp that has to be paying someone to stay open bc even the smoke detector was nonexistent. Wires hanging from the ceiling. Back to the matter at hand though...If I ever have to choose between this dump or my car again for a 65 yrs old man that has to go work 10 hrs a day...We will choose the car bc at least my car is clean and absolutely pest FREE!!

I love the fact that there is a kitchen so one can cook. This feature saves money and cut down on fast food.

Awful

They let someone come into my room better yet they open the door for a person to Come into my room while I was in the shower , the overnight Maintenance man broke the lock off my door to let someone in tht I didn’t want in my room I didn’t answer the door to my room for a reason and still he broke the latch and let him into my roo! Horrible service and I’ll never stay again

Dirty and smelled like smoke. Broken drawers and handles, stained carpet and broken stove.

The hotel was dirty nothing work in my room, stove broke and microwave

My stay was actually pretty good. The front desk workers were terrific and nice. The ONLY thing that bothered me was the young kids running the catwalks constantly at night and the kids upstairs from me were constantly running in the room. That is not the fault of the hotel though. I enjoyed my stay otherwise.

Horrible . Roaches and if you complaint they kick u out or stay with the “ only” room available. Staff it’s worst that the roach room. Where do I put my pictures of this horrible place. I am still traumatized.

Staff were pleasant to friendly. Close to essentials.
