InTown Suites Extended Stay New Orleans LA - Metairie

Worst hotel ever! Was there 3 weeks! Staff was rude. Room was never cleaned. Never received clean towels. Was supposed to get weekly cleaning. Told wrong time to pay for following week so they could charge late fee. Unless you want to live in a dirty place with rude staff look elsewhere. I left with two more weeks on my business trip because of this lack of respect and sheer rudeness. Never again will I stay at an Inn Town Suites!!

They did not serve breakfast. Their location, once a nice business neighborhood, now populated with a nearby bar where not the most desirable population features.

Booking.com I'm very disappointed in you suggesting this place. And your stock with me has declined severely now as ive used you all for years and have never had an issue with the place that we ultimately select.This motel being deplorable wasnt necessarily the cheapest for what what it actually provided and turned out to be. The place was not bad from appearances outside but on the inside leaves a lot to be desired. The first room they showed us we did not select and probably we should have left then. The second their premium room was better but electrical sockets mostly did not work, nor the stove, then the fridge slowly went bad and messed up most of our food. Marijuana smokers congregated the halls and parking lot nearby incessantly. Not the best clientele here. Finally after much complaining they put us in another room to the front where the room was better everything worked but room severley infested by roaches. The patrons where we were at first smoked pot and it leaked in our rooms 24/7. Undesirable crew of people to the back, a little better when we moved to the front of the property. I am certainly not recommending anyone to stay here, and I would recommend booking.com go survey this site and remove them from their list of referred properties.

There was a kitchen.

They don't supply toilet paper, you have to ask for new towels and wash cloths for longest stay. Watch your bank account statements and get receipts everytime you pay. Something fishy going on. Lastly room 123 AC leaks water inside on the floor so the room smells.

There was no breakfast offered. The location is awesome. Close to everything.

I am a non smoker. I reserved a non smoking room. However, when I arrived, they said that I reserved a standard smoking room. That room was absolutely disgusting. I paid extra to upgrade my room. The new room was very nice but the refrigerator was broken. I asked the staff 5 times over numerous days to replace it. They ignored my request. I had to throw away food that I couldn't keep cold. All the staff did was promise that the maintenance guy would come and replace it. After 5 days and multiple request, I was aggravated and stopped asking. This is the second consecutive time I have had major problems with this hotel. I don't think I'll be back.

I reserved this room a few days prior. Arrived at location and was told they had no reservation for me and even if they did they couldn’t give it to us because the room had no power. No communication whatsoever.

They cancelled my reservation with no notice when i was on my way to check in . Whats the point of making a reservation at that point

horrible unclean place.

The beds had one pillow each. The cook-top in the room did not work. I had to provide my own toilet paper for my room & the towels were more like hand towels than actual towels. Also, I saw bugs in the lobby and the hotel was undergoing renovations during my stay. The room definitely did not look like the pictures on the website.

The Room was Excellent! However they were in the middle or renovations and i was on the second floor. You could here banging and drilling all day everyday on the floor above.
