called 2 hours before our reservation to tell us it was cancelled due to over booking. was suppose to find us a replacement but was never called back. terrible staff and terrible experience

"a complete nightmare !"

NOTHING !!!! the fact that the room we had booked several months earlier had been given to friends of the manager, so on arriving in a storm in the dark to a country and area we didn’t know we were stranded without any accommodation.
