InTown Suites Extended Stay New Orleans LA - Metairie

I've stayed here for work since 2015, it has gotten progressively worse. This time, only half my electrical outlets worked (I asked repeatedly to have them fixed), the sink backed up with black water and there were bugs, even in the microwave. The Final straw was when I received notice that I was being charged $50 for littering the Common Area . That NEVER HAPPENED!!!! I found another motel and will NEVER COME BACK!

Filthy. Dirty. Unsanitary.

Good hotel. Huge fridge. But Stayed 15 days and on average we killed 8 roaches a day.

When I first got there the room I had reserved was unavailable so of course the only rooms were the more expensive "premium" rooms. The room had red splatter on the wall looked like some type of juice or Kool aid and a gash in the drywall and door handle for the bathroom was falling off. They had maintenance come tighten the handle and smear plaster on the wall. By the first night the big problem became apparent since every time the light was turned on you could see the roaches scatter. We were told housekeeping would be by on Thursday and the 7 days we were there they never showed up.

Cockroaches!!! and no cleaning and only two towels for entire stay. Water turned off without notice and was told it’s be in in 10 min 3 hrs later it was turned on…

DO NOT stay at this property location. I’m originally from Fresno, Ca. I never thought there would be anywhere else worse than some of the conditions I’ve experienced Westside Fresno. I am not one to complain, I hated every day I was booked. Dealt with my decision & that I paid for everything already at a cheap rate. I got what I paid for!!! So, I am going to put this out to save anyone else from making the same mistake!

Roaches

There is a fridge and stove. On property parking. Hot water in the shower and close to everything nice area safe. The value and the staff allows you to see the room before you pay. Didn't have to prepay & free cancellation!

A/C leaking on the room floor, stove doesn't have good temp gauge over heated or under heated no in between. Guests are loud like how much walking can you do or how many times can you slam a door in such a small space.

I booked 2 rooms at this location for 2 weeks, I received a call from the hotel about an hour before check in for them to tell me the rooms were no longer availible. I booked the rooms a week in advance but still had to find a new hotel. I was also charged a night a piece for each room even though I was told I wouldnt be charged at all. I have reached ou to the hotel multiple times to get everything straight but the employees put me on hold and never pick the phone back up. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Nothing. Roach invested.

Bad housekeeping. Small roaches everywhere. Bathroom toilet have old poop stains. Me and my family could not stay here besides that they gave us another room it was worse then the first one. I'm reporting them to the BBB. I don't have pictures but, I have videos
