Nothing roaches everywhere

The roaches in the bed and all over the room

Very unfriendly staff, never did a staff member clean my room. I was asked to bring my dirty towels downstairs to receive clean ones. I gave two large towels and two hand towels and two face towels but the staff member said I could only get one set. This was after 5 of my 7day stay at this property. I feel the overall experience was not very pleasant or accommodating. The staff acts as if they are doing me a favor and I’m not a paying customer. I will never book a room from extended stay again.

EVERYTHING! Friendlier staff, competent housekeepers and managers willing to help customers. The overall morale at this property was de-energizing and deplorable.

The front desk lady was very nice. Other than that, floor was dirty, I had to use my own fumigations. I killed over 25 roaches in my room. Some roaches fell from the ceiling. Had to always check my surroundings when entering the room. Slept with the lights on. Made sure all items stayed in luggage or in bags. Never again. Believe me when I say there are roaches. I took. the other comments for granted. I figured how bad could it be. Trust me it’s bad. Expedia, you need to take them off your list. Makes you look bad Photos are not what they really seem to be, all fake

Ok for not having any where else to stay while i worked SBLIX. Room was not clean, pillow smelled used,smelled old when ac came on. This hotel was more set up for apartment living not short time stays. They gave you 1 set of towles and toilet paper after that you have provide it.

I did not like that I had to go purchase bug spray to kill an infested room of bugs and baby alligator they say was a gecko in on the second floor. I had to leave and book a night at the holiday inn, metairie la. I had to bomb the room for bugs at intown Suites. I had to go back there were no rooms available else where do to the superbowl. I had to keep killing bugs I showered at Planet Fitness because the drain was so big thought that maybe another alligator might come up with the wide drain hole. I slept poorly. I turned the sheet back, smashed bugs and stains.i even talked to others who booked, and they paid less them me to stay there. I am so traumatized by what I experienced. I took photos video of this infestation. The pictures they showed of the rooms are not correct.. shame on this place, it needs a good roach cleaning . I even saw roaches walk in the room when I opened the door. The door is infested with roaches. They were crawling on my work clothes and suit case. I had to purchase a hard shell suit case . Im calling the health department, and they even knew that they had roach problems. Told use we get know refund. We should have looked at reviews.

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! They rip off. I booked 7 nights with them they took my money and canceled the entire reservation. They are going to be sued!!!! On the check in day the property called at 6:15 PM to see if I'm still coming. I replied yes and informed the lady over the phone that I'm 2 hrs away and should be there around 9:00 pm. The girl and the manager told me that check in is until 7:00 pm. Since their check in hours are not standard I would exoect them and expedia to make a note that check in hours are limited and not like other properties. I asked them to wait for me or help me to check in over the phone but they refused and hang up on me. They didn't make any considerations to wait for me or check me in over the phone. If they have certain hours that they check in and don't have late or over the phone check in that is a rip off and misleading. They left me without a room to stay so I had to book a room in Baton Rouge LA that messed up my work schedules on the next day. On the next day I showed up at the property to check in for the rest of the reservation (remember ? I booked 7 nights) and the girl over the counter told me for the first time that they cancelled the entire reservation. They didn't tell me that on the previous night when they called me. This is bad customer service, rip off and misleading the customer. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LODGED DEAD ANIMALS IN ROOM ALONG WITH POUND OF SOOT ON FLOOR UNDER MATTED RUG ROOM KEY EXPIRES LEAVE YOU LOCKED OUT ROOM W/ NO STAFF ATTENDANT ON SITE OFFICE CLOSES 7PM. NEVER HEARD OF FROM BUSINESS SUPPOSED TO OPERATE 24/7 HAD TO GO & GET A ROOM FROM DIFFERENT HOTEL OVERNIGHT BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS EMERGENCY # GIVEN BY HOTEL & REFUSE TO REIMBURSE AFTER INCONVENIENT FACILITY BREAKDOWN & MANY MORE UNACCEPTABLE DISHEVELED AREAS OF THE PROPERTY WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LODGED AND AM NEVER GOING BACK
