This property had roaches and the hotel gave off bad vibes

Bugs , hard bed not enough bed lines

Room had bugs and blood in it and they make you sign a no refund clause to check in

The cleaning of the rooms is terrible, in 3 weeks only one woman came once 6 changed the sheets, did not clean the floor or the bathroom, nor did she collect the garbage, it is terrible to clean the cleaning. And when I ask about the deposit they say no l9 return because I pay for a standard room, and that is not what the contract says? Gracia sa Dios, on Friday I will leave here, I will leave for another hotel.

Room was substandard, tired and dirty. Corridors extremely filthy!!!! Front office staff very unprofessional and uncaring. Had to purchase an iron. None was provided. Overall, this property should not be offered for paid accommodation in its current state!

Location is OK

Unhelpful and unprofessional staff. I arrived at exactly 7pm which happened to be the time front desk was closing. Was told booking AUTOMATICALLY canceled due to "no show" by 7pm. Told by receptionist "there's nothing I can do. Have to find somewhere else to stay." Had to resort to Motel 8 for the night. Returned next day to Intown and another agent found my booking. Indicated wasn't canceled and still in system. Worse service ever received in hospitality industry. Otherwise, this property is extremely filthy. Not proper for paid accommodation.

Staff was nice and helpful.

My little roommates. Only was given a small roll of TP. I couldnt get another roll.
