Booked a room with a balcony and mountain view through Expedia — got neither. When I raised the issue, the staff were rude and dismissive. After my review, they offered a room change on our final day, which felt like too little, too late. The general manager did refund our parking fee since they couldn’t provide the room we paid for, but that small gesture didn’t make up for the overall experience. The rooms are outdated. This is not a boutique hotel — the overall vibe is more tired 3-star hotel than upscale alpine retreat.

Great location in the middle of Vail Village, close to dining, shops, hiking, biking, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, simple breakfast with many options. Comfortable, clean rooms. Quiet. Concierge available to connect you to anything you may need.
