InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Cumming

Check in it’s the long enough for people coming form out of town.

Front desk ladies were not friendly or helpful at check in or later during our stay. Requested 2 towels for the second night there and they would not give them. The property manager that lives on site tried to be helpful (gave us the soap that should have already been in room) but the ladies wouldn't allow him to do anything else. The bed was miserable and should be replaced. The best thing about this property for us as smokers, is that you can smoke in the room.

I liked all services. Location excellent . I will comeback again

One roll of toilet paper or you'll be charged extra? Really?

Room Key was inactive, manager had to let us in. Therefore ice was unavailable. TV remote barely worked and refused to turn on next morning. Did get Super Bowl but sound was inadequate.

The beds are awful hard to sleep on, the blanket is to small for the bed, the bathroom head a constant water leak it's old and outdated

the absolute worst hotel I've ever been in, If I had not been so tired I would have left. It smelled like someone had smoked pot and their were burn holes in bed cover. It was so hard to find and the sign was so dim. It was a waste of my money I will tellanyone and every one how bad this place was

Desk clerk was very nice, location was great. room was not very clean or comfortable but it met our need for a one night stay.

If found the lights and tv on when I entered the room .the Bathroom was nasty with blood in the sink and the toilet was black like it hadn’t been cleaned .i felt like someone had already been in there .
