InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Cumming

The manager was very rude and the room she showed us smelled very bad with urine on the bathroom floor. All the furniture was trashed. I have never seen such filth. She even wanted to charge me 95.00 a night. Total joke when you can get a room online there for 38.00 a night. I am so glad we went to check it out first.

Nate was extremely rude last night afteri called ahead stating I️ would arrive around 9pm. At first he told me I️ couldn’t get the room then he led me around like a child pointing at signs advising the check in times. A total customer service failure last night

They had bed bugs ruined everything for me and my friend!

It was fine for what I needed. It was not very clean with 2 wet stains and cigarette holes in the comforter. It was fine and the check in person was very pleasant. I would stay again.

We were unaware when we made reservations that everything is self-service. Towels must be washed by yourself, you are responsible for buying extra tissue, etc. Also, there is a kitchenette; however, it is not furnished with essentials. There are no pots, pans, plates or utensils... nothing, nada! So, basically this hotel is only set up for extended stay recipients, not travelers. With that being said, the price per night was so inexpensive at $35 as compared to other hotels in the area that it was not really surprising that there's a lack of service. Otherwise, the room and bed was comfortable. And, the large screen tv with cable was a plus.

The hotel smelled a little like smoke but was tolerable at first so I let it slide. Was not cleaned, walls were dirty, tv remote was damaged, was dusty in places, and after being in it a while, I just wanted to leave. I’ve never felt that way about a hotel, but I’d rather have spent more money at a different place than stay there. My mistake but I’ll never go back. Sorry to write this negative review, but it’s the truth. Future customers don’t deserve this. I woke up and the room REEKED of smoke. I think it came in from the walls but the smoke smell was horrific. I had to get out of there. I did my best to find reasons to just be out of the hotel. All of my clothes and items stunk of smoke now too after one night. I got home and washed everything immediately. It was embarrassing going to my friend there and having to apologize for stinking like smoke because of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel unless it gets some major clean up and for the other people living there to smoke outside. A hotel should be an enjoyable part of the trip and this was not at all. The motto of intown suites is stay, save, smile but this definitely did not make me smile. Should be stay, save, smell of smoke. Please don’t make future guests go through this.

I have not had housekeeping for over 2 weeks now. I have been here as a temporary place to live until my closing on a house went through. The front desk seems to not care about my concerns. My neighbor is constantly slamming the front door end kitchen cabinets. Housekeeping has not been here for a total of 15 days. Expedia does not express or detail that there is no housekeeping. The front desk claims that it's only once a week on Mondays. But that has not occurred. I would not suggest this place to anyone staying in the Cumming, GA area..

They don't have non smoking rooms so bad smell

I was there like 17 day's and the room was only serviced one time, they said they only had one housekeeper- NO EXCUSE. If you are looking for a cheap motel and don't mind dirty rooms and noisy neighbors who are up all night- this is the place for you. They do have widescreen TV's and numerous channels.
