Horrible , filthy , customer service was poor to say the least !

Hotel was ok, but a little over priced. The staff was friendly, but overall the price of the hotel was over priced in my opinion. Not a big deal, but I wasn’t overly impressed

Waited over half an hour to check in due to office being locked during business hours. They give you 1 roll of toilet paper and couple worn thin towels and inform you they are an extended stay and you are on your own. Holes in walls. There are cockroaches. Beds are uncomfortable and so is the stay. Gross. A tornado could do thousands of dollars worth of improvements here. Had better rooms for $60/night.

Dump, bugs everywhere, did not want to leave luggage in room due to bugs. If you want to stay in a dump, well here you go

Room ,great for price ,good area to shop and eat . Bed mattress needs to be replaced

Motel staff is very nice. they are very helpful and polite. The Rooms are Very Old and needs to be updated.

I have enjoyed my stay. I am pleased with hotel, just not so pleased with rewards program via hotels.com. The front desk personal and their great service has made this very affordable. I will get them to price my next week since this site is not so good at value????

We liked it enough to stay another wèek but hotels.com confirmed a 2nd reservation but did not forward. We had much higher rate and Justin did his best to reduce it. Great guest service!!!

This place was HORRIBLE!!! Blood on walls in one room, A/C didn't work. All rooms were disgusting they were so dirty.

Stayed here one night (tonight). I booked through hotels.com and didn't realize check in was so early. They called at 4 to see where I was, and said they'd leave a key in 101. Nice guy checked me in, asked for my ID but never checked it. I have a small trailer with me, parking was a wench as you can only really park them in the curve in the back, some other yahoo parked right in the middle so likely I jacked up traffic for everyone else. Not really hotels fault, if I got there earlier maybe I could have found something. Heading to my room I walked through a weed cloud, stepped over a chew bottle, and watched a screaming 6 year old banging on the door as her mother pushed her out of their room. Rooms inside thankfully aren't as bad. Decently clean but older facility. They did leave the light on for me which I appreciated as they knew I wouldn't be in until 11. Room REEKED of stale cigs which is super annoying for someone who is allergic to smoke. Got to take a second shower of febreeze in the am as all my stuff smelled. No blankets on the bed, just a toilet paper thin top sheet and a scratchy plastic duvet. Bathroom exhaust fan sounds like you're going on a rocket ship to mars. Not sure what's going on with the decor, mismatched furniture and half a painting/print was partially behind my fridge. You get what you pay for, but honestly for 80-90 a night you're better off at a larger chain hotel. Thankfully I was only here one night and didn't have to return.
