I would like to say Eff you all!!!

The whole thing was a scam. Who would have thought that a hotel but not open for check in after 7:00 and close on Sunday? After I booked, I found out so I send many messages to ask if I could check in late, not a dame person answered. Both booking.com and the facility were horrible. Being from Asia, i could not call. But no one answered my messages for days until I had to board my flight. I had to book another hotel for the first night and then came over the next day. It was closed too, on Sunday. I called and the lady who answered the phone was super rude. She should not be in the customer service field. Extremely uneducated and rude. Totally unscheduled. Shame on her. I was charged for nothing. Screw you all. I wont ever book this place and will also limit using booking.com from now on.

One of the staff members flat out lied to me about my rate. They advertised one rate and charged another. My room was filled with mold in the bathroom. The mattress was so lumpy and uncomfortable.

Neighbors were very nasty! Roaches crawling in the window, worried about other attendants!!! U have to wash your own linen they don’t give you any after you check in!!!
