Fantastic accommodations for my wife’s 60th birthday party. The cabanas were awesome with very large living room with TV & great furniture with a very large bathroom too…HVAC was awesome to have for some of the older people that joined. The water park & lazy river were also a hit with kids and adults alike. Tia Carmen put on an amazing dinner for (40) probably the best steak & potato with absolutely the most amazing mole sauce I’ve ever had…all in all this place is a home run. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for and it surly didn’t disappoint!

This hotel is a rip off! I have stayed at many 5star hotels all around the world and this one will be remembered in a bad way! The prices for the service isnt justified! A kids meal at the pool is over $20 for 3 chicken fingers Lunch for a family of 5 will cost u over $200 and they automatically add 20% To get an icecream is $15 that u can buy at the store for $3 and they add tip onto that too As they don’t let u bring any outside snack we thought we would go to their store Again a chocolate bar cost me $12 which should have been 4! I don’t know where these prices are coming from! But it definately feels like we are being ripped off ! We stayed at the st Regis in bora bora in April and even they didn’t charge like this I think it’s disgusting and for this we wouldn’t return or recommend
