Wow. This place just loves to charge you for everything. I can't believe it. Its funny because one of the comments is they want you leave richer than when you got here. Well how is that possible when they charge for things no resort anywhere ever has charged for. Firstly charging $54 for valet parking in Phoenix is so over the top. Most hotels in Phoenix do not charge for parking at all. If you don't mind self parking in Siberia then that's only $29. Then there is the pool charges. OMG. You want a chair with an umbrella? BOOM! $100. You want to go to the 21 and up pool and sit? BOOM! $100. $55 resort fee too, but apparently that doesn't include shade at the pool. I saw all these families everywhere and I really wondered why they didn't have a bank in the lobby for on the spot loans for these folks with kids. If you are Platinum and want to use the executive lounge? BOOM! $125. FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES FEES. Get it? So if you are a couple lets map this out. Guest room with taxes and RESORT FEE: $437 in AUGUST in Phoenix. Then $54 for valet parking unless you want to walk in 110 degrees from parking Siberia. Then you want to go to the pool and sit on a pool chair with shade: $200 (oh and make sure you make a RESERVATION - thats a requirement too). So lets see, if you stay for the weekend and just one night and go to the pool both days you will pay: $891. Just to stay there. IN PHOENIX IN AUGUST IN 110 DEGREES. This is counting any food or beverage. No thank you. I can go so many wonderful destinations like San Diego for the same price. STOP OVERCHARGING YOUR GUESTS. We are guests NOT ATMs.

Be ready to be ripped off. $100 to sit on a chair by the pool. I’ve travelled the world from Bali to Singapore and everywhere in between. I’ve never, ever seen such con artists. The servers should wear a bandit mask. $440 for the room in AUGUST in PHOENIX when it’s 117 and $29 for parking, $100 for a chair at the pool. I still can’t get over it.

staff was very good, very friendly. Property was clean and up to date. I had an issue with parking and paying twice. I emailed, they got back to me in a timely manner, and took care of the discrepancy.

I was way to busy. We went on July 4th. The pool was over crowded. My children did do the slides and pool activities because of the long waits.

The room and pool area are nice however we could not enjoy the pool area because of how many people were there. This place is full of big families and we overheard a group of kids tell their mom they peed in pool. We got out immediately. We also could never flag down a server to get some drinks. It seems the hotel is letting in people who are not resort guests. The pool water and lazy river seemed to be dirty with the amount of people in there. Overall just not enjoyable or relaxing
