"An oasis"

I love that this hotel is so close to the venue i attend for shows. I love the view,, the pool, the grounds, the valet and front desk staff, the late check out option, the beautiful rooms and the beds!! The beds are like heavennnn

The door to my bathroom had what looked like someone's makeup covered hand prints on it. That was disappointing after spending a nice chunk of change to feel fancy. It was also upsetting that the road from the venue to the resort was closed. It turned a 7 minute drive into a confusing 25 minute goose chase. Gps didn't get the road closure memo.

"Beautiful property"

The hotel was clean, well managed, and in a beautiful location. I stayed at this property for a conference and the conference rooms were of ample size with comfortable chairs and plenty of bathrooms/amenities for all attendees. In my downtime, I was able to utilize the walking trails nearby, which were well maintained, as well as a horseback riding hour (be sure to book ahead). The food offerings were above average and of reasonable variety. I would stay here again!

The staff were all super kind and helpful. Shout out to Kim At the front desk. Food was great and for the most part reasonably priced. The room was actually clean. They respected my privacy sign. The AC worked great. Bed was comfortable. My only complaints are, the hallways are confusing, there are not enough elevators, and not enough towel rods in the bathroom.

"Perfect staycation experience"

We did a staycation for my birthday and had the absolute best time! The day started with an amazing spa experience at Aji, followed by relaxing poolside at the hotel. The highlight of our day was definitely the pool bartenders, Dez and Renee - they took such great care of us and made our time by the pool so much fun. We can’t wait to come back!
