We had amazing time at this hotel. The staff was so friendly, helpful and happy! The beds were comfortable and the pools were amazing. Issac the pool attendant really made this stay special and went above and beyond by just connecting with us, talking to us by the poolside and then sending a bottle of champagne to the room for our anniversary. Big shoutout to Ava at front desk , Daisy , Robert , Dee, Candy and of course Issac!

All the staff were great with the exception of the gal in the gift shop. Beautiful well kept resort, pool service was fabulous they brought pitchers of water and refilled often. Food was good by the pool and in bar. we will be back next year.

Really liked the music throughout the lobby and sitting areas. Didn't like at all the distance to our room especially since my husband is handicapped. Registration clerk said she would assign us a close room but that wasn't the case at all. He had to stop to rest halfway (about 200 steps).

"Fabulous resort! "

This is our third stay at this lovely resort. Wonderful location and overall a fabulous hotel. Pool area is lovely. only negative thing is not a great variety of vegetarian food at all 3 places we ate. Front desk super friendly and helpful as were the staff at hanyo pool. We wil be back next year :)
