Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

The hotel is beautiful! It pays respect to the Pima People native to the area. The food was wonderful. Every employee we can in contact with was welcoming and warm.

We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass! Despite the 100-degree May weather, the pool service was excellent — friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The pool was a highlight for our family, especially the fun slide that our kids loved. Daily room service kept everything clean and comfortable. From the front desk staff to the valet team, everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and welcoming. A beautiful resort with top-notch service — we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel. Lobby was beautiful. We had a suite and it was gorgeous ! Pool was awesome. We ate at one of the restaurants for the breakfast buffet for Mother’s Day and it was yummy! Highly recommend this place.

The manager was amazing. Everyone was friendly and it was gorgeous and relaxing. So much calmer than the casino hotel

Fantastic stay at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass! The resort was beautiful and was a great mix of relaxation and luxury. One of the highlights of the trip was the outstanding service at the pool bar. Dee, the bartender, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the best drinks. He really went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Can’t wait to come back!

So I stayed here back in 2019 and now in May, 2025 while attending Radford Racing School. While there are many choices for lodging in the area I always found this to be the best. If just works for us being so close to Radford. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite Lifetime member and this stay was all on points and we stayed a total of 3 nights. The buffet breakfast was included in our stay complimentary at Ko'sin and worked well as we needed to be at Radford at 7am each day. If breakfast is not your thing they have a coffee shop with breakfast items downstairs near the bar. We stayed on the ground floor in room 1006 and it was close to everything. The hotel and grounds are well maintained and our room was clean, neat, and tidy. Upon entering the lobby and all through the hotel you will noticed a very pleasant unique smell that is light and fresh. There are several restaurants on site but we only ate the buffet breakfast at Ko'sin. Downstairs from the main lobby there is a nice bar with entertainment. They do offer self park and valet parking for $25 daily. The outdoor areas were nice and the pools and hot tubs were very enjoyable. There is a slide for the kids at the pool which keeps them entertained. Off to the side of the pool there is a poolside restaurant and bar, Hanyo which comes in very handy while using the pool. At night off the main lobby there is a fire pit and was really nice for a late night scotch and cigar. I didnt use the spa so I am no help there. There are several activities for kids and adults with a golf course and riding stable on site. They also have paddle boards and kayaking and kids club as well. The outlet shops are also just a few minutes away. One of the reason I choose this property is because it does not have all the hustle and bustle of a casino hotel and is good for families with young kids. If the casino is your thing they have a shuttle to take you there and its only a few minutes away. With rooms starting at $600 depending on the season I can see where most people will think this property is not worth the price because they charge Ritz Carlton rates but this place is not a Ritz Carlton. But even still it is the only Marriott luxury property with a golf course and amenities in the area and you wont find a better resort around. As far as food goes we never had a lunch or dinner at Ko'sin or Kai. For us after looking at the menu at both its just not our thing so we found other food options close by. I would stay here again if I had to but only on points. I am not sure I would pay $600 plus a night to stay at this property while attending Radford Racing School. However if my kids were small and I had my family with me this would be the place I would stay because the resort offers something for everyone.

The grounds are pretty but the service from front desk left a lot to be desired. As a gold bonvoy member, I get room upgrades and late check outs. The room was decent but not what I'd call an upgrade. The bathtub looked stained. When I asked for a late check out, the front desk wouldn't do it because they said they were a conference hotel. I'm not here for a conference and I have been at other Marriott/Sheraton properties for conferences and received the late check out. I called to ask if they had EV chargers and was told yes. I got here and the valet said they couldn't charge. The bar waitstaff were nice but not necessarily knowledgeable about the drinks. Food was really good at the restaurant near the bar. The spa at Aji was also very nice. I may give this place another try because there were some good elements but not at the rate I paid as the rate didn't match the service I would expect.

A real experience with stunning property and views, wonderful accommodations and a 5 Diamond restaurant! This oasis in the desert has everything from golf, beautiful pool, a top notch Aji Spa, and beautiful setting. Part of the Gila River Community, the hotel is reflective of their art and culture and the restaurant Kai, is a culinary education with impeccable service. Our balcony overlooks miles of desert, a ranch and the mountains off in the distance - the perfect place for morning coffee, or afternoon sip of wine. A very special place in the desert!
