"Nice views and pools, with nice rooms. Not exactly elegant but I really liked the low key atmosphere."

Nice views, kind of low key. Two pools. Great dinner boat cruise. Overall a great spot.

Our dinner was tasty but the kitchen service (not the wait staff) terrible as one meal was evidently forgotten and came ten minutes later. That said, the chef came to our table to apologize and make things right and in my opinion, owning your mistakes means a lot. The only other thing was that some of the machines in the exercise room were not functioning properly.

"Rude front staff from the moment we arrived, the room was filthy we left for saftely reasons"

the view from the lobby was beatiful

Our room smelled like smoke, there were no smoke detectors in the room, the curtains were torn and when we arrived to our room it was dirty along with the deck sliding doors were open so the room was not secured when we arrived.

We did not able to sit with our friends for dinner. We were told it just didn’t work out and nothing could be done. Really? The chicken dinner was inedible. It was as hard and tough as a hockey puck. When I mentioned it to the server he asked if I wanted a sharper knife.
