Sehr sehr alte Möbel und Zimmer allgemein stark in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Öffnen der Türe flogen uns direkt 3 große Nachtfalter entgegen und 2 weitere im Zimmer. Am Vorhang pickten sämtliche tote Insekten.

Arrived here on a 2-night stop while on a coach tour of the Canyonlands. The setting is stunning on the shores of Lake Powell. We stayed at the hotel, rather than the camping ground. Facilities are generally good but hotel guests would appreciate access to nearby laundry - the walk to the campground laundry is 0.75 mile, not ideal in the heat and carrying a couple of bags of laundry. The map showing location was dreadful - no idea of scale at all! Surely a reliable shuttle bus would be an asset, especially for older guests. Our room had splendid views across the canyon but housekeeping was poor - no shower gel or conditioner, no tissues and more importantly, no grab handles while getting into and out of the shower. The lady at the front desk whom I spoke to about these issues was very understanding and did her best to resolve the housekeeping issues. Management need to consider the other points I raised.

This location couldn’t have been any better. We were in walking distance to the Wahweap boat docks where my boys were fishing. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, such a beautiful view from the Rainbow room restaurant.
