Hyatt Vacation Club at Sunset Harbor, Key West

We enjoyed our stay and loved the fact that our studio came with a tub and partial harbor view. Room was just as described on booking site, and exceeded our expectations as I had come across some negative reviews. The only recommendations I have for improvements are please do deep cleaning on shower tiles as they were nearly black, just for hygienic reasons. We also would have enjoyed robes to change into when going/coming from the pool, and upgrading towels and pillows; also we could have used more pillows which were promptly brought up to us after calling front desk. We only say this for future improvement's. We definitely enjoyed it enough to want to come back on our next trip, and upgrade to one bedroom suite!

Would be nice if parking as included and not pay $35 a day for parking

Nothing special cold choices of bagels, muffins , and juices.

Room near the parking garage was noisy at times. Was given an ADA room but did not request this. Room was awkward and had no table or desk to do work.

Great rooms, great pool, great location! The deep bath tub was a wonderful surprise.

My only negative review about the hotel is the mattress is very firm and not very comfortable. Also, they only gave us 3 pillows are pretty flat. I think an upgrade is in order.

Staff is friendly and the place is super convenient and close to Duval St. The view is great too. However, the place smelled smoky and old and everything was old. It’s in desperate need of a renovation.
