Hyatt Vacation Club at High Sierra Lodge

Huge hotel room. 2 bedroom with full living room and kitchen. Washer/dryer in room. Oven/stove, full size fridge. Dishwasher... Clean and comfortable in an incredible setting.

Swimming pool and pool house were great. Plenty of fresh towels too

I went in the staff parking by mistake. It wasn't clear that I should go into the entrance with the gate arm and press the red button. It was easily remedied and staff were very attentive and helpful. I notified staff htat the elevator button light did not come on when the car was summoned.

The check out staff and the custodial staff were terrific! Beds very comfortable. Location outstanding

Didnt like all the “extra” fees (parking) and taxes and the lack if transparency! Didnt like that the fire alarm in our room was hanging from the ceiling, that both bathrooms the toilets did not flush when we arrived and had to call for engineer, that our daughter’s bathroom had no shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers. Room felt as if they were not ready for us and lack of transparency w fees are 2 reasons i would not return.
