Dejligt hotel med fantastiske udearealer

L'hotel il Piccolo Castello è una struttura deliziosa a due passi da Monteriggioni. La piscina è il punto strategico dell'hotel, l'area andrebbe potenziata con più servizi, soprattutto la zona bar. Buona e abbondante la colazione. La stanza da bagno che ci è toccata in sorte avrebbe bisogno di una messa a nuovo, soprattutto la vasca che presenta parecchi segni d'usura.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte . Posizione comoda poco distante da superstrada. Parcheggio e servizi in generale buoni. Unico neo il wifi che funzionava a singhiozzo. Colazione di discreta qualita e scelta. Buon rapporto qualita prezzo. Anche il ristorante risulta di un buon livello forse con prezzi non troppo in linea alla qualità. Giudizio generale positivo

2* Hotel aber sicher kein 4* Hotel. Für 130 Euro die Nacht eine Frechheit. Einzig positiv und 5 Sterne für den sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Herr an der Rezeption und die sehr gute Zimmerreinigung. Zimmer: Erbärmlich, keine Lüftung im Bad bzw. funktioniert nicht, kein Mülleimer im Zimmer, man muss alles in den kleinen Badmülleimer werfen. Terrasse seit Jahrzehnten nicht gereinigt, altes Laub und Dreck, kein Tisch und nur ein Stuhl draußen (für ein Doppelzimmer). Matratzen steinhart und unbequem ohne Ende. Außerdem Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Uralte Einrichtung, leider nicht nostalgisch und romantisch alt, sondern nur alt. Im Zimmer zur Begrüßung zwei billige Plastikflaschen im Kühlschrank. Ein 4* Hotel sollte hier eine Glasflasche mit zwei Gläsern anbieten und dazu einen Keks oder Gummibärchen legen, nichts davon ist hier vorhanden. Keine Infozettel im Zimmer zu WLAN, zum Hotel, zu Aktivitäten in der Region, kein "herzlich willkommen" Zettel, nichts. Kein Wasserkocher mit Tee oder löslichem Kaffee im Zimmer, für 4* eigentlich selbstverständlich. Dusche ist für Zwerge, aber nicht für Menschen. Frühstück schwach, nur 1 Käsesorte, kein Brot, keine Semmeln, nur Toast vorhanden. Kein Frischkäse, keine Margerine, keine Tomaten, Gurken etc.. Es gibt Eier aber keine Eierbecher, die heißen Eier pellen wird dann eine Herausforderung. Keine Mülleimer am Tisch. Das bisschen was es gibt schmeckt aber gut. Pool ekelhaft verdreckt, Zigaretten Stummel im Blumenkübel. Parkplatz ungepflegt.

This is a “tired” hotel with an unfriendly staff, good food in the restaurant and in a good location if traveling by car. Proper maintenance is lacking such as missing or broken parts on doors and windows. And we had a hard time open the closet door. This is a very pet friendly hotel and I almost tripped over a dog laying on the floor at breakfast. We got to see a nice dog fight in the lobby and listen to a happy poodle barking at people as they walked by during lunch. We reserved the hotel through Expedia, along with 12 other hotels, during our travel in Italy. This is the only hotel that never returned any of my messages through Expedia. When we arrived, desk person was very nice. They had a wedding going on so I had to park in a field behind the hotel. Other front desk people were not very helpful. The wait staff had “snooty” attitude. We would not stay here again.
