Ein Hotels in toller Umgebung, mir sehr freundlichen und kompetenten Personal. Ich bin immer gerne hier.

When our travel plans changed, we were very lucky to get two room at this hotel. A one night stay made us wish we had booked a whole week here. The hotel is easy reached, being only a short distance off a main highway. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful in checking in/out and arranging dinner for us when we arrived late. All in all, a great stay and close to our travel goals in Tuscany.

The kids enjoyed the pool, it is a relaxing setting but the service could be a lot better. They certsinly dont make you feel appreciated for booking theough discount sites like expedia. Discounted service on discounted price, but the breakfast menu deserves praise.

The pool was nice and the staff was nice. The beds in the room were very uncomfortable & the shower leaked all over the floor

La alberca súper limpia y grande, los cuartos un poco incomodas las camas pero miy limpio. El desayuno muy basto y rico.

Agréable séjour dans ce bel hôtel avec bonne prestation piscine , bar snack et restauration du soir. Par contre, on entend les voitures. Et malheureusement notre chambre était mal insonorisée et proche de l’ascenseur de service et de l’entrée du personnel donc nous avons entendu des bruits de chariots jusqu’à 23h30. Et à 7h30, nous étions réveillés . Dommage pour un établissement de ce standing .

Mold in the bathroom. Some fitness center equipment was without power and did not work. Waiting staff was unfriendly and you got the sense that you were annoying them if you asked a question. The pool area is nice but without service in the pool bar. So you have to go the the reception and ask for service. They send someone in 10-15 mins

Hotelzimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Frontoffice muss kundenorientierter agieren.... Frühstück schwach.... am Pool finden ständig Parties statt, auf Kosten der Liegen für Hotelgäste, die dann keinen Platz zum Liegen finden...

Beautiful property, very nice pool, and great spa/sauna area. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Would've been nice to have property shuttles to be taken around but we managed with taxis from Siena area.
