It is a beautiful property

Unfortunately we found the staff were not very hospitable. Also, when we arrived, many of the lights of the beautiful shared spaces were not turned on. We came in low season, and it felt like they were just trying to save money and not focus on the experience of the guests. Spa use was 40 euros each, which we didn’t end up doing because we didn’t consider it worth that price, which was disappointing, as we had hoped for a relaxing escape, but in the end, felt like there wasn’t so much to do in the hotel. The interior was gorgeous, but we didn’t feel very taken care of by the staff. The walls were very thin and we could hear the guests next door very loudly, even the sound of their going to the toilet.

Bon hotel proche de sienne (15 minutes)et florence (40 minutes), super piscine .

Buona esperienza ad un prezzo molto competitivo.. Camera molto carina con salottino sottotetto delizioso.. Riscaldamento adeguato ma un poco rumoroso.. Nota di demerito l’assenza dei canali Sky invece segnalati sul sito.

Struttura molto confortevole, in posizione strategica, ottima come punto di appoggio per visitare i dintorni. Camere spaziose, personale disponibile. La piscina è un ottimo ristoro dopo aver camminato a lungo

Beautiful hotel with views of Monteriggioni. It seems like it's more suited to those with cars but there are bus stops for the 130 bus outside the hotel which connects it to Siena and San Gimignano. Lots of activities on offer (we hired bicycles and cycled some of the via francigena). Overall, very good for a relaxing break or for those who want to use the hotel as a base to explore the surrounding countryside and nearby castle towns of Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Volterra.

C’est notre 3ème séjour dans cette hôtel. Nous avons passé 10 nuits. L’hôtel est agréable, les chambres en duplex sont grandes et confortables. La piscine est très grande et très chouette. L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité des grands axes. Le seul bémol par rapport aux autres années est le petit déjeuner qui s’est appauvri.

Dejligt hotel med en god beliggenhed i naturskønne omgivelser. Dejlig pool og lækre værelser med lille terrasse. Det der ikke var så godt. Fitness området, hvis man ønskede at Cardio træne var der 2 stairmastere af elendig kvalitet, som også var i stykker begge 2, samt 2 meget billige løbebånd, som også begge var i stykker. Der var lidt men godt udstyr til styrketrænning. Morgenmaden er heller ikke særligt spændende, der kunne godt være nogle hjemmebagte boller mm, der var nogle skiver tørre toastbrød, noget ret tør kage, nogle alt for kogte æg, så de var helt sorte i blommen. Der var dog en ok scrambled Egg. Men ud over det var det som sagt et godt hotel og jeg kunne da også godt finde på at bestille der igen
