Renaissance Fort Lauderdale West Hotel

Me parece un poco costoso, realmente no tiene nada especial, además estaba en la selección Colombia, el día que yo me esperé y había mucha restricciones para los huéspedes que no hacían parte de esa delegación.

Muy normal realmente para el precio

The hotel was very clean and staff was exceptionally nice. Rooms were clean and AC worked beautifully. Location worked for us with easy access to beaches, casino and downtown. One disappointment was the pool was not open but a minor inconvenience only. Restaurant food was very good and both bartenders were friendly. Def stay again.

Confort de la chambre

La piscine qui était hors service suite à des travaux de finition. Le petit déjeuner ok mais sans plus. Les essuies n’ont pas été renouvelé le deuxième jour . J’avais demandé une terrasse chose que je n’ai pas reçu on nous a pas proposé de compensation pour ces désagréments.

Staff was really kind, hotel facilities really nice

It’s not that I didn’t like it but it would be great if they have the self service bar for drinks

We liked spaciousness, friendliness, freshness, quietness,

Breakfast had limited choices and average overall.

The location was good.

I booked for my daughter who was there for an interview. I wanted her to relax a bit so here are two reasons I chose this hotel but they were not offering during her stay. The swimming pool was under maintenance but there is no information we could find until she was there. This hotel was one of the few starts serving breakfast from 6:30 am according to their website but it was not the case. So she had to leave without one even though I paid the breakfast plan.
