Localização boa para quem deseja ir ao Saugrass Mills ou porto. Tamanho dos quartos.

Manutenção e serviços ruins. Telefone do quarto com defeito. Tranca da porta com defeito. Cofre não funcionando. Apenas uma das esteiras funcionando. Reposição de toalhas falho. Café da manhã bem básico!

Overall the best part was the staff members who were able to get me through some tough situations throughout my brief stay. More Specifically I attempted to call down for towels from the phone in the room by the night stand yet the phone was out of order ….luckily I had my apple devices on hand so eventually housekeeping came through so whatever…but everything in the room was working fine! Only hotel I would recommend to anyone staying in Plantation area ,the room was very clean and situated in the front overlooking the pass and parking which was appreciated! Amanda, Luke , and Tanika , were all helpful and thank you guys for ensuring that I received a phone that worked , allowing late check out , and providing a new room for my 4day 3night stay!
