the bathrooom was dirty and out of condition, bath tub was cloged and dirty

I was shocked to begin with when I saw how poorly maintained the room was to begin with... The light switch is half opened up with wire exposed. Lighting was not sufficient at all. I felt like I'm almost walking in the dark. What's even worst, the Wi-Fi does not work at all, doesn't matter which router I connected to. The front desk did request technician to try to debug the issue, but had no resolution. When I reqeusted to either change room or get a full refund, guess what the night front desk man said. "to my comment, I don't think Wi-Fi is critical to you stay". Since when does the hotel make decision on whether Wi-Fi is needed or not? If I knew Wi-Fi is an "optional" service, I would never look at this hotel AT ALL. They also refused to change my room, saying that there is no room available, while they are still receiving guests to various room. Sorry to be selfish here, i would think they should change my room and hope other guests don't need Wi-Fi service. Wi-Fi is essential for international travelers, especially when my boss was texting me to try to get me to do some work remotely. Last but not least, this hotel is located right next to a busy street... please bring earplugs if you plan to get a good night sleep. I will never recommend this hotel to any international travelers.

Rooms are not sound proof at ALL...1st night was horrible. When I complained they moved me to another room the following 2 nights where good. Night 3 OMG... running all over people in both sides slamming doors girl's walking in heals..screaming horrible. After no sleep I checked out. If you there to party go ahead. But if you want a real relaxing place to get some sleep.. Stay away...

This place was very very noisy day 1 HORRIBLE no sleep lots of noise they gave me another room in the 3rd floor good for 2 nights on 3rd night it was horrible.. people slamming doors talking out loud running all over the hallway. Got no sleep at all I checked out to go across the street....staff was good I do give them credit.

This place was a real mixed bag. The place, overall, is gorgeous, especially the gigantic lobby. But the wifi did not work in every room they offered us. And there were some real quirks in the bathroom hardware, a shower valve that was hard to pull, a sink valve that went sideways, when another pulled straight up. We had a great fish dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast was good, as well. You need a cab from the hotel to city center, which is O.K. We had a car, so we wanted secure parking, which was in front of the hotel and the lobby, with what looked like a guard in that area most of the time.

Security for our car outside the Hotel seemed excellent. It is a beautiful place. I found the restaurant to be affordable with very good food. The weak internet was a negative. Also, the shower handle was very hard to pull and the water was really hot.

Nice hotel at a good price, it's a little far from the historic downtown, but it's only a 5 minute drive for which the hotel provides a shuttle. There are good priced tours that you can book at the hotel and they handle all the driving around. All in all we had a great time. Will come back again!

My boyfriend and I where looking somewhere affordable for us to stay so we booked this hotel in expedia, This saved us a lot of money. The hotel is "far" of the city center, I mean Guanajuato is not super big so it will take you among 20 minutes to be there. You can park in the hotel, the rooms are OK they´re not luxurious but they are clean, I guess the decoration is a little bit old fashion. What I hated is that I can hear everything that happen outside the room, I don't know if the walls are to thin but it woke me up several times an of course wasn't happy about that. I didn't eat in the hotel so I don't know how is the food and the pool was close because of the season (winter).

Amazing service, great food, excellent service. Clean, beautiful rooms.

Over all the Hotel is Good for a couple of days stary, But checking in and out its very slow. Restaurant Prices are High.
