Hotel was clean and staffs were great. The stay was good.

Good choice when I go for work. Clean and comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect except the air conditioning system that never worked properly

Nice hotel, clean room, and the pool, workout room and common areas were well kept.

We enjoy our stay at this hotel very pleasant stuff, the restaurant was amaizing, kids love the pool. over all great time ( does need little be of an update) great

The day we arrived our room was missing toilet paper, hand soap and the A/C remote. But after calling the front desk, the maids brought stuff promptly.

We booked a family stay for a night for 14 people in 5 rooms. During booking I chose the option that stated that the breakfast was included for all 14 guests. But, when it came time for breakfast next day, the staff disagreed, and we had to pay extra to access the full breakfast and on top of that, we had to pay full price for the kids, even though they were included in the booking (10 adults and 4 kids). Very disappointing. I contacted hotels.com, and they did nothing about it other then asking me to wait for response from the property owners. Never heard back from anyone. The property itself is quite nice and in nice location, too bad the service was not as nice...

Excelente servicio! Recepcion, camarista, estacionamiento super atentos. Nuestra fue muy agradable y confortable a excepcion del restaurante; muy mal servicio y muy desagradable la comida. Ademas, la señora de caja en el restaurant tiene muy mala actitud. Los platillos no los trajeron de uno en uno con unos 15 minutos entre uno y el otro. Pesimo, pesimo servicio y calidad de comida en el area del restaurante. Pero fuera de eso, nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Recomendado!!!

Excellent service, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Front desk and bellmen were courteous. The dining staff however have abysmal customer service. Do not bother eating there.
