Beautiful location very clean and great service wonderful staff a the pool was clean and nice

I was not able to stay here becayse there was no gadoline in the entire state if Gyanajuato so I coukd not get there. Still the hotel was too cheap to cancel my reservation and they charged me anyway. Stay away from this hotel.

I have stayed at thus hotel in the past. I keep my horses at a stable in Juventino Rosas about 45 minutes away. I was booked into this hotel for two nights this trip but when we arrived in Juventino by ETN bus with 5 suitcases I found that my Grand Cherokee with a V8 engine and an 80 litre gas tank was empty. All gas stations were out of gasoline due to a well documented gasoline crisis in the states of Mexico, Hidalgo, Queretaro, Guanajuato, Colima and Jalisco. We had no way to get to the hotel. Even taxis have no gasoline for long trips. Even under these circumstances the hotel refused to cancel the two nights. They charged us anyway. Both Expedia and the Grand Plaza have lost a good customer. Do these organizations not understand that they have lots of competition?

Excellent hotel and amazing service!! Will recommend to anyone visiting Guanajuato. Is in the outskirts of Guanajuato but is really easy to get to downtown area from the hotel!

In general our stay was great. Check in was easy and service was attentive. There was however only two towels in the room when there were 4 of us. Not one hand or face towel. We had to request an iron and an ice bucket. Room was big and clean and shower was great.

The rooms were a little bit outdated. But other than that, it was a great stay. The staff were super friendly and everything was great.

It could be nice to have breakfast included and the rooms r ok but think they need a little update.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms are good size, it’s is close by to downtown Guanajuato just a short taxi or Uber ride. Overall great place to stay.

Really liked the hotel, the location. Bellboy in the mornings was very nice attentive and helpful. Receptionist aren’t very friendly and the morning girl even had a bad attitude when we called asking for the password info. They do need more personal to help with luggage and cars there is only one person and lots of other guess where living the hotel at the sameness time.. maintenance and cleaning people were very nice. Over all other then the blah receptionists I recommend this hotel. I forgot to mention Great warm pool too
