Price/ quality too expensive, location is a little further away from downtown, meaning with a lot of traffic , it could take you 30 minutes. The area us pretty new, said that, there is a Holiday Inn Express almost in front, which I believe will be a lot better. Service in general very bad. It seems that there is no training at all. Very old, smells old. You can get a better hotel at the same price with better service and quality. Don’t stay there, even if it is free, unless you like suffering.

It was an excellent stay. The best thing: The restaurant service.

Need some body to splain all the facilitys and services that you have to offer , to make customer more confident

Bath in terrible conditions, people laughing and screaming in the middle of the night at the halls, although the good attention from the staff, I would not recommend this place...

Nice affordable hotel located at the entrance of Guanajuato City. They have a nice pool, the rooms are updated and comfortable. I chose it for the price and parking availability, and would stay again.

Excellent tours available to take you around Guanajuato, Cristo Rey’ and San Miguel de Allende. Pool area is beautiful. Close free parking and WiFi.

Lobby and pool grounds amazing!! Rooms could use an update though. Staff was awesome! They are polite and helpful!

valet park was perfect. shuttle to center and driver very frendly

Nice hotel, a little far from the center of the city, but other then that I would definitely recommend it
