Le ménage est pas ou mal fait Obligé de réclamer du papier toilette ! Aspirateur jamais passé sur un séjour de plus d’une semaine Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très basique ! Pas de bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre et 10 usd la bouteille …. Du vol !

"Worst Homewood Suites ever to be in New Orleans"

The first day here, everybody seemed so nice and hospitable. That all went out the door by the second day. The night staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. I am so disappointed with Homewood Suites in New Orleans. They treated us like we were bothering them while they stood behind the front desk doing nothing at 1am. Asked for towels everyday but Never recieved them because they sent it to the wrong room! I called the front desk 3 times for towels and even went downstairs to get th myself and still said they would send someone up and never came! The housekeeper even left us only 2 towels!!! That is NOT enough! There was absolutely NO southern hospitality!

The breakfast was good. We especially enjoyed the flavored potatoes. Our rooms were excellent and the location was geat. Not too far from everything. And let me mention that the front desk crew was AWESOME!! Very Friendly and attentive.

We didn't like that our ice maker was not working properly..

The stay was great! The service was amazing! JaKeira and Kevana were beyond helpful! They fixed our problem and made the say even more enjoyable. Only complaint would be the smells in the hallway were terrible. Smelled like wet dogs and mold.

"Courtney Went Above and Beyond"

We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton New Orleans on April 20th and had an issue with being placed in the wrong room after we had already unpacked. While that was frustrating, Courtney completely turned the experience around. She took full responsibility, personally apologized, came to our room, and even offered to help us move. Her professionalism, sincerity, and follow-up throughout our stay truly stood out. She also provided a discount, which we appreciated, but more than that, it was her genuine care that made the difference. Mistakes happen, but great service like this is rare. Because of Courtney, I rate this experience a 5. We will definitely be back in a few months for a New Orleans Saints game.
