The staff was AMAZING!!!! Specifically, the Front Desk staff and the ladies and gentlemen greeted us every time We entered and exited the building.

It's advertising as French quarters when it's really not in the french quarters. It's not a bad walk from the French quarters but not french quarters.

This location was perfect for us because we were going to the French Quarter and the WWII museum - it is in between and easy walking distance to both. We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite that included a kitchen and living room - also perfect for being able to spend time in a space that isn't a bedroom. We brought our 16 year old dog and this location is pet friendly - just be warned there is no grass near by. The hotel itself was quiet. If your room is on Poydras (all 2 bedroom/ 2bath suites are), then you will hear street noise till about 11pm. It is quiet otherwise at night. The breakfast is pretty good - eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, waffle, breads, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee. The staff keep everything stocked well - no waiting around. The valet guys out front are great - friendly and always holding the door for you. Courtney at the front desk is great - very helpful with what to do and where to eat.

The staff just seemed like they didnt want to be there. Especially the front desk lady.

We stayed for 3 nights. Left on Monday 11 May. We we got the invoice , we were charged automatically for valet and parking without our consent, even though we didn’t have a car. The hotel does not provide an invoice at check-out and later sends charges by email, which causes major issues like this. Emails and front desk requests for correction and refund have been ignored.
