Big Bear Lakefront Lodge

Staff did not have the key to our room. House keeping had it. Offered an alternative room without a lake view. Do not stay here!

Beautiful location but was dirty and disorganized.

Lake shore location.

Stayed in Room #3, the heater made cracking noise.. making it difficult to sleep. The water in the tub would not drain properly so showering was having water to your ankles. At night time there was 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. Issues reported to office staff.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious and clean. TV and internet did their thing. The bathroom was clean and the shower had plenty of strong hot water. The surrounding area was safe and quiet and walkable. I would stay here again.

Best property at this price. Property is just beside lake. Excellent view from lake view rooms.

This place was amazing for my family stay. It was very clean an comfortable. My kids loved being able to wonder around the property exploring safely an the playground was a nice bonus for them. The gentleman at the front desk was always so kind an the only downfall really is the water front area isn’t where I’d choose to swim. It was pretty dirty. But drive 5 minutes down the road, an it’s perfect. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This place has a lot of potential. It is run down, but was clean, and was just fine for the night. It was a great price for the holiday weekend. Its not the Ritz, so ignore the negative reviews, your paying for motel quality.

Our room is a little dirty. The mattresses are a little hard. The desk to the drawer had no bottom. They did say they’re gonna remodel soon.

Place was horrible we had rats get in our food , our place was not up to date dirty our door didn’t lock so we couldn’t leave the premises because we didn’t want anyone to break in
