Overall, it was not clean, the bed was old and uncomfortable, and the kitchen facilities were the worst. I couldn't find the heater, so I couldn't sleep all night because it was cold.

Louie and the staff are very friendly and accommodating

The first room they gave us. The lock didn’t work the door knob. They moved us to different room different floor across the room. They were doing construction the whole time you were there there was no breakfast well no cereal and coffee that had been there the whole time we were there.

We stayed one night, and would've stayed longer if we had time. Next time we are in town we would love to stay again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, the room was in unacceptable condition. The previous guest’s bedsheets were left strewn about, there was trash in the room, and the bathroom was filthy. We had to immediately call for housekeeping to clean the room and replace the bedsheets and towels. Unfortunately, things only got worse. At night, we encountered roaches—two in the bathroom and one near the microwave. Adding to the discomfort, my children started itching as soon as they got into bed, and we all developed a rash. This made it impossible for us to sleep, and we ultimately decided to check out as soon as possible. While the surrounding area is nice, the hotel itself is poorly maintained and unhygienic. I strongly advise against booking here. It was an awful experience for my family, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Room was dirty. Beds had dirty sheets. TV signal wasn’t good and couldn’t enjoy the tv. Floors were dirty had old food and hair. Wall heater was not secure. Hallway smelled like fumes. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Had to hold handle to toilet down until it completely flushed. Left room the same night.
