Great place, great location.....besr matresses ever

Worst hotel ever. No customer service. Dirty, unsafe, unpleasant smell. We arrived 30 min early and the guy told as that there is a $45 fee for early check in even though he stated that our room was ready. That’s low and I didnot appreciated that expecially with 2 kids with me. We decided to leave and come back on checkin time and when we got to our lakeview room the only accurate thing was the fact that you could see the lake from room. Room was nothing like pictures on the website. It was dirty sheets had hair on them and it seemed like they were never changed. Beds were not comfortable at all. Heater was not working and we had to call someone twice to fix it but even after his 2 trips to our room it didnt work. The only heating source we had was fire place. And if it was not enough for my family’s worst hotel experiance around 7 pm we came back from dinner and saw water coming down bathroom’s silling. We went to office to notify them there was no one, tried to call the number again no answer. We end up not sleeping at night because of that water noice. After sleepless night we tried to leave as soon as possible and around 8 am there was no one again in the office. We had to wait an hour untill someone came and we checked out. We told the guy at the office about everything he apologized and promised to make things right after he talkes to his boss. Still nothing from managment and to tell the truth I am not waiting anymore. It was the hotel experiance ever.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend staying here anytime of the year! Being right on the lake was beautiful in the winter and we’re sure it would be spectacular in the summer!

Could not use my Xbox. Breakfast not as advertised

Service was horrible- the receptionist was extremely rude when checking in, come to find out the next day that she is the owner of this place. Her customer service was the worst ever! Even her employees were talking about how horrible as an owner she is. The place doesn’t have all the amenities it states on line, I don’t like to give bad reviews at all but this place was really something else.

We had booked the room for two days and we left early because they were fixing up the floor above and it was too noisy. Breakfast was not included as I had said and the receptionist had a very bad attitude.

Nice place

what wasn’t wrong? the water in the sink was cloudy, there was hairs all over the floor and bathroom, floors were dirty and sticky, the fridge did not work and smelled rotten. The outside door would not lock, finally there was a dirty rag left waiting when we arrived i would assume from the lackluster cleaning crew.

Walls are very thin and you can hear people walking in the hallway. Rooms are a bit outdated.
