Overall a great time with the family. Clean place and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Horrific room. Tub disgusting. Needs to be reglazed. Remote didnt work. Handle on 1970 microwave dangling off. Glass was wide open we checked in. Wall heater was from 1965. Room 11.

Hidden gem in Big Bear! The views of the lake are amazing and Mia at the front desk was awesome. You can walk to the village in less than 10 mins and you can visit the new bar and restaurant right by the resort called the Bear Trap, really fun place with amazing cocktails.

No water in the bathroom

Disgusting rooms, uncaring staff, stay away!

First time staying here, we had a great experience. room had a very nice view, jacuzzi worked great, but was very slippery accident waiting to happen. No ice machine. Continental breakfast was horrible Overall stay here again..

The staff was very responsive, breakfast was disappointing, rooms were clean but some things didn't work though staff tried to accommodate us by changing rooms. It was ok - but a plus is its very close to the town.

I like the environment beside the lake，But there some ants in room

The thing I like about this property is that is close to the village like 2 minute drive and if you want to walk is 15 minutes. Is a good place to stay but it will be even better if they were to renovate some things. I stayed in room 17, sink in the restroom doesn’t work it didn’t have water we didn’t bother to say anything because there was another sink right outside the restroom and we were only staying for one night. But the whole room was dirty with dirt everywhere even our nightstand. The fire alarm was removed and found it by the tv. The mini kitchen sink, coffee maker and microwave was also very dirty, like they didn’t care to clean at all from the previous guests and left it as is. By the way the coffee maker didn’t have the glass cup to make coffee. All pillows had stains and hair. The curtains were messed up. Whoever washed them didn’t read instructions so they were burned from the dry. I just wish it was a lot cleaner, and I know people will say you get what you pay for but it is actually not a bad place and not that cheap just wish they care a little bit more. Breakfast is just a snack not really a satisfying meal ok and is inside the office. You are able to get coffee anytime of the day which is nice but please ask your housekeeper to do clean the room properly and your front desk staff to be nice because we were greeted badly.

There were some hairs at the tub.. We found some dirty bedsheets. Not only stained but dirty. And the and 2 pillowcases even had make up from the previous guests I guess
