Empire Hotel

I booked a room throgh booking .com but when i reached hotel . they said the hotel is full and my check in was denied . it is a scam. they take money and then neither give room nor the money.

worst experience ever.

Online this looked really nice and for £100 I expected it to be, but it was disgustingly dirty and the smell was unbearable. I could not stay the night and had to book else where. When requesting a refund as I was only there for 10 minutes they refused

Absolutely everything, never written a bad report in my life but this place refused a refund after I was physically sick from the smell of the bathroom in my room and had to go elsewhere

Everything, the location of the hotel was discusting, had rough sleepers drinking outside the door at 2 in the afternoon. The room was FILTHY, mould in the shower, dirty shower, dusty room, filth and old food on the ledge outside the window, not TV and toiletries as advertised. We decided to book another hotel elsewhere as I could not subject my family to such disgusting accomodation!

It was dirty full of black hair long in the floor of the room the bathroom was very dirty as well the smell wasn’t really good

It was rubbish place for staying, room were not as it’s seem in pictures,safety door was broken ,staff don’t know how to talk with their customers

Other than the receptionist Rude staff. People banging around above me I was told I have a tv in my room there wasn’t I had to wait 2 hours for one on which I had to carry install and set up myself. I was a paying customer but I was neglected over people who are staying here for free
