. all of it room was dirty no towels or toiletries had to wait 0ver 4 hrs to get toilet roll and also had to wait till 12 at night for pillows witch was dirty and there was drug bag in the room an someone's medical let in room '

"Diabolical."

Nothing.

Wasn’t clean, no toilet roll, staff woke me up at 6am for a phantom wake up call. Room was like hadn’t been cleaned in months. Dusty. Shower didn’t work properly, wouldn’t stay in holder, leaked so that it had no pressure. I waited 35 minutes to get toilet roll when I was desperate. Strangest hotel ever, staff clueless.
