"The worst hotel stay ever"

It was terrible, dirty and nothing in the facilities described in each room was there

We had to ask for a tv which didn’t work , no kettle, 1 old towel, tatty and dirty,I find it hard to believe it’s 3 stars photos are not accurate!

I reached at the booked time.had done the payment in the morning. Tc hen I reached there.i was told the rooms are full neither was I given a refund
