I had to pay for the parking yet advertised as parking included, group band playing loud music till 03:30 in the morning. Kettle in the room but no cups to have a hot drink. No soap or shower fell. Toilet leaking, unclean, shower toilet. Overall advert does not reflect the actual place.

The rooms were dirty; There was an ongoing party which ended at 3:30am, so we were not able to sleep; The staff were not friendly; Parking was not included despite it being advertised; Cash was required although my card details were taken by booking.com for payment, so I was inconvenienced by being asked to go to the cash machine and no change being provided until I pushed for this, which I didn't receive until the next day, I had to hold the keys to the room hostage in order to get this.

Rooms need a complete upgrade, no heating, hot water or kettle Looks like a hotel used by the council!

No facilities for food or drink, very very basic with nothing in Rooms at all apart from bed, small wardrobe, vanity table ,small tv. Parking is not free , you have to pay £7.95 in the NCP parking next door.

Plug socket didn't work, bathroom was filthy, tv didn't operate and floors were all ripped.
