Holiday Inn Express Laguardia Airport, an IHG Hotel

The staffs excellent - kind, professional, and efficient. I made this reservation while at the airport late and my flight was cancelled after being delayed 5 times. It was raining and many flights were cancelled. I had a hard time deciphering the phone number to be able to call for the shuttle and the shuttle driver kept getting calls that yet another person was needing to get picked up from the airport so we would ride out to the highway and circle back to pick up the next person - 4 times. From the time I booked the shuttle until the time we got to the hotel was one hour and it was only a few minutes ride - so we spent a lot of time on this. The room was very musty/mildewey smell. I had to get the 4:30 shuttle in the morning, and it would have been nice to have some breakfast items ready to go (bars, fruit,...) since that was advertised with the price.

The shuttle to and from the subway and the US Open was great!!

Good location to the airport and Flushing Meadows Park. Renovations are good and rooms are very clean. Breakfast items have a good selection. Great front desk staff!!

The bed was very hard I could barely sleep I was tossing and turning all night, the pillows were to soft not comfortable at all when I got up to shower so I could check out I could barely move my neck and back were killing me so bad. On the website it says self parking when you get there they want you to pay $20.00 plus tax a night just to park in there lot. I will never stay there again

I liked the fitness center. I didn’t like the remolding which smelled and was hard to maneuver around.

The staff was superb, the room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Also the breakfast was very decent they even had real eggs and bacon.

Great nice people. Carpet was sticky on my shoes-absolutely needs cleaned room 305. I should have reported but left at 5am on there great shuttle service.

Staffing was really good and concerned we have a nice stay.
