It's a great location to the US Open facility. The breakfast could be better with some cheese omelets The elevator takes forever.Cinnamon rolls are still awesome!

Rooms were clean but the hallways and everywhere else was filthy with boxes and supplies scattered. One available bathroom down a utility hallway with no sink to use. The surrounding areas weren’t great.

The property was extremely well cleaned and maintained inside the guest rooms. The halls had old carpet which initially bothered us a bit, but when we got into our room it was like another world. Super bed, very nice sheets, coverlets and towels. Could have used an exhaust fan in the bathroom, however, but nowhere in England seems to have them. Staff were excellent, considerate, highly professional and VERY FRIENDLY!!! On the whole, we'd give this place a 4 !!! We'll certainly stay there again. PS Shuttle to and from airport was fast and right on time!!! Driers were super nice and concerned with their guest riders comfort and welfare.

pillows smell weird, cleaning might not careful enough. Even a couple of hairs left in the bathroom. But all staffs are good and helpful!

Great service. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were taking our daughter to college and stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It was a great stay. We would stay there again when we visit Queens.

We had 5 couples in our group. We came to go to the US Open Tennis Qualifying event. The hotel location was nearby. You could walk to the event or take the hotel free shuttle (going/returning). The shuttle also took (and brought back) our group to our selected restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the tight and very limited parking.
