Holiday Inn Express Laguardia Airport, an IHG Hotel

Room was nice, neat and clean. Staff was very friendly. Outside / parking lot difficult to access and have overflowing garbage.

Ok but our door didn’t lock you can push it open without key.. overall ok

Holiday Inn Express is very clean, the Staff was very pleasant. The only problem I had was, I had to take a Uber or a Cab. The Hotel shuttle was very good to subway or the airport. Thanks

The room was well conditioned. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast was great as hotels go.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fitness center was in part of hotel undergoing renovation. About 5 miles from airport. There is a shuttle but I didn't use it. I had a rental car and was able to get a parking spot when I needed one but it cost $20/day and parking appeared to be very limited, so I was concerned about what I would have done if none was available. Maybe there is offsite parking somewhere. I didn't get around to asking, but if you're going to be driving I suggest that you verify that parking will be available.

There were several mix-ups with room keys. The room given to me by the front desk was already occupied, and my room key opened their door. This was quite disturbing to the other guest and me.

Did not lime the location. Too noisy. I lime the friendliness of the employees.

Room was clean. Breakfast was limited due to broken toasters and pancake maker.

Conveniently located from JFK airport. The room was cozy and the bed was comfy.
