They were very rude We requested a 2 king bed room- we didn’t get it Requested extra towels- didn’t get it Anything requested wasn’t delivered basically Very poor customer service.

When booking i specifically booked a room with two beds, when i got there i asked again if i had a room with two beds and they said yes but it was Too early to check in, i said that was fine and asked if i could possibly have a room on the 6th floor where my friends were staying. They said absolutely and said i could have the room across the hall from them, and that it would Be clean around 1 and ready for check in. At 2 the room wasn’t ready to check in and we had to leave for the rolling loud festival, which was fine. As we were waiting for our ride the front desk told me i could check in if i wanted, i figured i would at least get my key so I’d have it for When i got back at 11 that night. They gave me the key in a little card holder and i threw it in My bag for when i returned. When we got back the key card was for a room on the third floor with only one bed. When i said something about it they Said when you book on a third party site (like Expedia) they have the right to put you in any room that’s open. That would have made sense if i hadn’t been told multiple times i was getting a two bed room on the sixth floor....by then all the rooms w two beds were booked for the night and they wouldn’t move me, all they said they could do was give us extra pillows and blankets.

I read a lot of hotel reviews for the New York area. Some were very favorable and some not for BBC the same property. I found the staff courteous. La Guardia airport pickup is until 11:45 pm. The hotel offers hourly airport shuttle and hourly shuttle service to the nearest shopping area and subway line (Woodhaven) on the M and R line. Rooms were large and clean. Internet was fast. Refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. A microwave is available to use. They have a purchase area for entrees and snacks if you don't want to go out to find food. I would stay here again.

"Don't park here but totally stay here"

The staff here are AMAZING. The remodeling being done looks great. The parking is ATROCIOUS! I was parked in all weekend by a guest who parked his truck directly in front of my car. Adolfo was so accommodating he paid for my Lyft rides. I didnt want the guest towed but I had places to go. Later in the evening Kayla tried helping also but to no avail. The guest was just never around. Kayla and Adolfo were so helpful though. Making sure that when I couldn't take the free shuttle I had a Lyft at no cost was a life saver. Holiday Inn should be lucky to have to front desk people so helpful. If it wasnt for them I would have demanded the guest's truck be towed and then I bet he would have found a way to blame Holiday Inn.
