Holiday Inn Express Laguardia Airport, an IHG Hotel

Hallway was littered with cleaning personnel supplies and bins of dirty sheets at 7pm?? Cleaning staff was still working and noise from vacuuming rooms till 8:30pm seems excessive. I looked out and asked housekeeper to please close the room doors while vacuuming. Temp outside was 28 degrees. After I settled in I noticed the room was rather cold. I attempted to adjust heating unit but it continued to blow out only air conditioning. I called down for assistance and a tech was dispatched. But he was unable to repair and suggested I change rooms. But having had a tough trip and an bad day, I just settled in under two blankets and slept.

Great customer service, rooms are always spacious and clean. We like booking with Holiday inn.

It was a business trip. It will be kind if the front desk did print out the receipt for me event I booked by expedia .

Service was excellent! The front desk always answered my questions, the room was spotless and comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. A little noisy but it's to be expected since a main road is just outside.

The room I booked wasn’t the same as in the pictures , I would call it fals advertising

The staff that checked us in Kayla and Nellie were so warm and welcoming friendly the smiles on their faces was important because they are the first people you encounter I also have worked in Costumer Service and they did an outstanding job they are a great team Holiday Express will now be my first choice

close to the airport, superb staff, very clean, good breakfast
