The hosts was the sweetest people! We extended our stay twice as we loved the city and enjoyed the accommodation. The location was right between the beach and the city centre and they have bicycles that you can use for free to cycle there.

"Cheap and cheerful in a quiet, friendly neighborhood"

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The location is on a suburban street which gave us a good glimpse into life on the outskirts of Hoi An, which we absolutely loved and would come back for. Free bikes, (including seats for kids) and a short bike ride to lots of good cafes - also only 10 mins drive to the beach and old town. Pool water is nice and cool!

This is a cheap and cheerful guesthouse, which means simple accommodation (including cold showers - in our experience anyway) but perfectly suitable for the budget conscious and the pro's outweigh the con"s.

Ménage faut uniquement 2 jours sur 6 (et pas très bien fait) Petit déjeuner correcte mais petit bémol sur la quantité de boisson (3 cl de café au lait) Attention au choix de la chambre, vue sur terrain vague ou terrasse avec une belle vue Manque de clarté et de détail dans les explications pour les excursions

El hotel no es nada como en las fotos, las habitaciones necesitan mas limpieza, el desayuno no incluye cafe, agua o jugo y no esta tan cerca al centro.
