"between the beach and the old town"

location between the beach and the old town. Great for us because we had our own scooter so we could go wherever we wanted. Large room, with a large desk, hot shower, modern decor, swimming pool available, parking space. We spent a few nights there, it was nice and cool

"Lovely, modern homestay hotel"

A lovely, modern homestay. Not far from the beach area, this felt more authentic than around Old Town. There are some lovely cooking course restaurants within walking distance which the owner recommended to me and I walked home well fed.

No complaints. I had my own bike to get around but they also have bikes.

"Exceptional"

We only stayed here for one night but I wish we could stay longer. The hotel feels like a homestay and is very cozy. We had a room on the third floor with beautiful views over the river and rice field. The room was clean, light and spacious. The environment feels very peaceful, lots of green around and singing birds. The family that runs the place is very friendly, welcoming and will make sure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast was simple but delicious and we ate in the garden next to the pool. Overall I highly recommend it if you want to stay in a quiet area. If you have a motorbike or bicycle you can be in downtown Hoi An in less than 10 minutes. Grab taxi can also take you there.

"Bad"

The reviews were misleading. It's in the middle of nowhere. Not very clean. There was a massive cockroach, bathroom didn't have basic supplies like soap or handwash. Very basic, definitely not a 4 star maybe 1 or 2.

The owner was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and the free bikes were great for getting around. Since it is not in the middle of town or beach area, it was quiet and calm.
