The guesthouse is extremely well designed with large windows and balconies for each room. The pool is an extra special touch.

Nothing to dislike, except that being in a newly developed area made it difficult sometimes for a Grab driver to find it.

This was a great place to stay outside of Hoi An. First of all, Zung, the owner was lovely and took care of us so well. She was great with communication and was a truly sweet person. As for the place itself, it's very well maintained and a true bargain for the price. Great breakfast every day (with many choices), room with a balcony and great air conditioning, and comfy beds. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, which for me was a bonus. Zung provides bikes free of charge so you can take these into town or to An Bang beach, which is another big plus. We rode to the beach almost every day (10 minutes on bike) and loved it. Would definitely come here again.
