The fact that it was close and easily accessible

Just about everything about the place. It was dirty it was not maintenance properly. There was absolutely zero breakfast items. A piece of sliced cheese and some bread was all that was offered besides coffee. The guy who runs the place looks like he fell down drunk or was always high on drugs

They need to vacuum the facility even the rooms floor was dirty and the place could use a good carpet cleaning. Better communication with the staff would be great 👍

My reservation was for a king bed. They didn't have one. There was no breakfast. I checked out after one night and I couldn't get my money back for the 2nd night. He said it was prepaid so I couldn't get so I couldn't get credit back on that night. I' never stay there again.
