I had a terrible experience at this hotel I stayed there with my 6(he left the same review but in Spanish) When we arrived it The staff was in a bad mood and did not treat us professionally or respectfully. The room was unacceptable. The bed had what appeared to be blood stains, which is completely unhygienic and disturbing. The couches were in poor condition, and there was no remote control for the TV. Basic amenities were missing, and no one made any effort to fix the issues. We asked to change rooms, but when we went back to the front desk it was no one there(front desk was closed) there was no solution offered. The service was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The location was good.

The room was disgusting. It had 4 small dead roaches and one small live one.

Bed. No tissues. No luggage rack to put suitcase. Had to put on the floor. No safe. No closet. Bad towels.

The property was cleaned and conveniently located

Very loud. No rest. You can hear everything coming from the hallway and the people on the top floor. There were no window curtains and the light comes through.

I came in very late at night.I walked into the room and there was two roaches on the nightstand I thought I would try to give it a chance because I needed a few hours of sleep , I continued to find total of ten roaches within several hours and left disgusting filthy hairballs , nasty , roaches , the eighties , all over disgusting

Unos dias antes me cancelaron la reservacion. Ellos si se comunicaron conmigo y me informaron que ya la habitacion no estaba disponible. Les indique si me podian ofrecer algo mas y me dijeron que tenian una habitacion con una cama con un precio menos 94 $ dolares, les indique que no me cancelaran que iba a tomar esa opcion. pero cuando llegue el sabado todo cambio. Me dijeron qie me habian cancalado la reserva y me enviaron a otra direccion de la misma cadena pago un total del 200$ por una habitacion mas pequena. De verdad no fue agradable la experiencia

El personal nos atendio bien, pero el hotel no era lo que esperabamos, estos hoteles entiendo que son para pasar la noche por lo que deberian tener un poco mas de comodidad y ser un poco mas acojedores porque las personas llegan cansadas Mucho ruido en la habitacion de arriba
