The breakfast was good with many choices. The only downfall the cranberry juice was out.

I loved the fact the the hot tub and pool were 24 hrs for 18 yes on up.

The room had cigarette smell embedded in it even though it was a non smoking. That was gross but it was fine other than that

I enjoy the location and its quiet.

The receptionist didnt treat me like a guest in good standing and it was a long debate over the room he gave me. I reserved a King Suite, , he put me in a standard room. I had to debate it for 20 minutes and he checked my reservation on my phone. I still had to show him the header " King Suite" . We booked for 2 nights. and he checked the suite and it wasn't occupied. Then he couldnt give me the room because it was booked for someone else the following night. I felt that it was not very professional nor courtious. The room pictured on my reservation was acctually that room in the firsf place. I was not allowed to have it because the checkout time was 11am and check in was 3pm and he felt it was to short a time frame for the room to be preped for the following day. Totally rude and inaccurate, as well an insult and was nothing in the way of helpful or friendly. He put us in the 3rd choice of smaller less impressive room and the suite remained vacant for the conveinence of the future guests. I found this to be insulting and I dont feel they have a very professional way of treating people. I have stayed there over a dozen times. I have always stayed in there suites. I always leave the room clean and take my garbage out. I tip all the staff and remain offended by the actions taken and the lack of interest toward my comfort .

Really nice room! Clean, roomy, it looked new even though it wasn’t. Bargain price!

Good location

Front desk guy was great. Room was pretty clean. Shower curtain rod so loose that the curtain would not stay closed. No hot water for a shower. You get what you pay for.
